Sneaky-Peeky

I've been working on a fun book project that documents the past ten(!) years of my artwork. I'm using Blurb.com and doing all the design work myself which has been interesting! I'm still learning photoshop so when the going gets tough I just cut and paste the page together and scan! I was inspired by my friend book, Artsy Mama's A Seasonal Guide to the Creative Life-thanks, Kari! I hope to have it out in time for Christmas! I want to include some how-to's and am open to any comments or suggestions you might have!! Here's a few pages to preview. Xo

Katie, it's wonderful! I'm adoring the rich colours swimming together.
Photoshop can be hair tearing inducing. I only know the most simple things but good on ya for taking that up!

Hello. I'm new to your blog, but had to comment since I am working on a couple of similar projects. The pages look beautiful and like someone else said...photoshop is hair tearing inducing. It is so hard to sit at the computer for hours and put together this sort of thing....so from someone who feels your pain....I'm thinking of you. Nice to "meet" you.

Like your art, this is a book that will inspire and be like no other. You are so creative, I love how you used the old photo mats to frame your assemblages.
Can I bet that this will be the first Blurb book on the N.Y. Times bestsellers list?
